Giving and receiving feedback is an important skill in today's health care workplace, yet it is something we can all improve at. In this session, we will briefly review best practices for giving helpful feedback, as well as some tips and tricks for being on the receiving end of both constructive and destructive feedback. Most importantly, we will spend time practicing these skills in small groups so you can test out some new strategies.

This BYHP Career Develepment event will be led by Erin Sullivan, PhD. Erin is an Associate Professor of Healthcare Management at the Sawyer School of Business at Suffolk University and holds a part-time faculty appointment in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine/Center for Primary Care at HMS.
